To apply all these change all you need a rooted device with the Xposed Frame works installed.

INSTALL ANDROID LOLIPOP THEME
1) Once the Xposed Framework is installed on your device, Download the Android L Theme Xposed apk file FROM HERE
and install the same on your phone.
2) Now open the Xposed installed app on your device and go the module settings of the app and
enable the Android L Theme. After that reboot the device to make the changes on your device.
3) Now run the Android L Theme app on your phone, you will see a set of options for additional UI elements that you can also theme. Tick the boxes next to the options that you'd like to have themed, then press the Apply button.
4) After this reboot you device again, you will see the new boot animation, wallpapers, Launchpad on your homescreen. How are you liking the new Android L interface.
